Terms and Conditions
of Booking
We require £50.00 deposit to confirm your reservation with
the balance due 30 days before your scheduled arrival date. If
you decide to cancel we require a minimum of 60 days notice
to refund any deposit less administrative charges of £10.00.
Once the 30 day point is reached and the balance becomes due any
cancellation at this point will render the deposit non
refundable. Once the full balance has been paid, any
cancellation with less than 30 days to the scheduled arrival
date will deem that the whole of the rental fee will
be non refundable unless we are able to re-book the property for
the dates you had reserved. If we re-book the property, we
will refund a proportionate share of the rental fee for each day
we are able to fill less a £10.00 cancellation fee to cover
administration charges.
We strongly urge clients to take out travel insurance to
cover the cost of cancelled bookings due to circumstances
beyond their control.
Should we have to cancel your booking due to circumstances
beyond our control i.e. acts of God . tempest, flood,
storm, structural damage, we will endeavour to find you
alternative accommodation or offer you an alternative date
or a full refund.
